Sales Support Manager manages the daily operations of the sales support function. Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of all support activities including order processing, RFP response, data collection, and the preparation of reports to support sales teams. Being a Sales Support Manager identifies and resolves operational issues. Implements promotional events to increase sales volume. Additionally, Sales Support Manager may resolve complex customer requests or complaints. May manage the processing of sales incentive or commission programs. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Opportunity: We are seeking to hire a Case Manager – ACT Team. This individual provides ongoing community psychiatric support treatment services for a select group of clients who have a serious and/or persistent mental illness co-occurring with substance abuse disorder. This Case Manager will provide training, assistance, and support to help this client receive wrap-around rehabilitation services in the community. Our ACT Teams work together, meeting frequently, to facilitate an integrated, multidisciplinary team approach to service regarding progress, general problems, and concerns pertaining to clients served and their community adjustment.
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for all candidates with an LSW, LPC, LISW or LPCC
