Sales Support Manager manages the daily operations of the sales support function. Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of all support activities including order processing, RFP response, data collection, and the preparation of reports to support sales teams. Being a Sales Support Manager identifies and resolves operational issues. Implements promotional events to increase sales volume. Additionally, Sales Support Manager may resolve complex customer requests or complaints. May manage the processing of sales incentive or commission programs. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Frenchville Trailer Sales is seeking a full time Office Manager. Able to work Daytime Monday through Friday and at least one Saturday a month (8am – Noon) Job Description: This position would be responsible for providing excellent customer service support. Work as part of a team as one of the main contacts with customers at the dealership. Major Responsibilities: * Provides customer service to customers by telephone, email and in person. Work may involve problem solving, answering questions, coordinating service schedules and assisting sales department. * Processing customer transactions and financing options. * Perform duties including data entry, updating website information, updating/managing calendars, able to take complete and detailed phone messages. * Managing dealership software. Working with others and the ability to share and designate duties is a must for this position. Proficient computer skills and organization is needed for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
