Sales Support Manager manages the daily operations of the sales support function. Summary
As a Marketing Manager-Sales Support, you own the relationship between The IIA’s Enterprise Sales, Sponsorship, Third Party Sales, and central marketing functions. You will be responsible for creating and executing all aspects of your annual marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and align with the expectations of The IIA and the sales teams. To be successful in this role requires hands-on expertise in CRM, history of successful B2B sales support, autonomous ownership of sponsored media, and proactive and outgoing management of internal and external clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Understand, plan, and execute B2B sales, lead generation, lead qualification and sales funnel (stages, velocity, cycles).
· Support B2B Sales with translation of product marketing materials into B2B sales materials and creates bespoke content.
· Support 3rd Party Sales with translation of product marketing materials into B2B2C sales materials and creates bespoke content.
· Hands-on creation of sales presentations, email writing and design, proposal templates, and customized product materials.
· Own media space sales and performance reporting, including CPM and CPA models though AdButler, Feathr, and Lead Marvels platforms.
· Support Sponsorship initiatives across ad space, live and virtual event sponsorships, and thought leadership sponsorship.
· Partner with Sales Teams on goals, pacing, and forecasting using CRM, Sales’ insights, and accounting data.
· Research and suggest bundled solutions that meet clients’ needs and maximize value of IIA products/services.
· Create and executes Account Based Marketing (ABM) plans.

Education and/or Skills:
· A bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline.
· Must have 5 years of marketing, project management, traffic, or account management experience with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
· Ability to collaborate, document, and project manage.
· Analytical, strong understanding of digital marketing and sales KPIs.
· Performance and sales minded with a deep understanding of relationship building.
· Strong attention to detail and organization.
· Understanding of creative process and timelines, event management, and demand generation.
· Experience with training and learning services and products, certifications, and membership.
· Experience with B2B and third-party sales tools like LinkedIn SalesNavigator.
· Experience creating materials in Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams including product marketing, marketing communications, design, web development, sales, field marketing, etc.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and apply direction from multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills
Understanding of MS Office and project management tools. Experience in Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience in SmartSheets or Robohead is a plus.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
Strong ability to work in a computerized environment with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Web-related computer skills listed above.
