Sales Support Manager manages the daily operations of the sales support function. Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of all support activities including order processing, RFP response, data collection, and the preparation of reports to support sales teams. Being a Sales Support Manager identifies and resolves operational issues. Implements promotional events to increase sales volume. Additionally, Sales Support Manager may resolve complex customer requests or complaints. May manage the processing of sales incentive or commission programs. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Measure Technician

  • Position Overview

    The Measure Technician performs a variety of duties, including performing technical measures of client windows and related applications to ensure proper fit of the window coverings. Maintains a fully integrated mindset in all interactions by working with local Sales team and Great Windows Services (GWS) support personnel to ensure an outstanding client experience end-to-end.

    What you’ll do

    • Visit with customers in their home or business to accurately measure for custom window coverings to company standards.
    • Drive to scheduled appointments in territories as assigned.
    • Be willing to listen, give guidance and educate the customer on the application of their window coverings to achieve maximum satisfaction.
    • Engage directly with Sales if the product application that was sold is not in the best interest of the customer based on their window/door configurations. 
    • Light install may be required.

    • Technical aptitude to measure with the utmost accuracy (at least 98% accurate)
    • Time management, to effectively stay on time for scheduled appointments
    • Exceptional in math for measure specifications purposes
    • Licensed to operate a motor vehicle and driving record is in good standing
    • Ability to cover a wide driving territory on a daily basis
    • This role requires the ability to lift and carry products up to and occasionally over 50 pounds along with frequently sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching
    • Ability to work full-time, following a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday
    • High School or GED required: some college preferred
    • Construction industry
    • Customer service industry
