• 
  Join a family-owned business and support its growth by becoming the expert resource for buying and selling used farm equipment to the agricultural community
• Build out the processes that will serve as a foundation for company growth
• Develop your knowledge of agricultural harvesters and other farming equipment
• Understand & distinguish between various models, sizes, and details to effectively educate your customers
• Generate leads, engage prospects, and convert sales using a consultative sales approach
• Update the website inventory content
• Work with the marketing team to generate social media and ad content
• Build relationships and solutions during customer consultations
• Collaborate with multiple dealerships to support the sales process and maintain engagement
• Show equipment, both in-person and virtual tours of the products
• Travel locally, with less than 15% overnight travel
• Flexible hours and the opportunity for a hybrid schedule

For over 25 years, Corner View Farm Equipment has sold parts and services for agricultural & commercial farm equipment and specializes in pre-owned, self-propelled forage harvesters. We select equipment best suited for U.S. farms and import them to our Pennsylvania warehouse.

We are looking to hire a Sales & Support Manager to serve as a consultative resource in selling used farming equipment to our clients in the farming and agriculture industries. Our Ideal Sales & Support Manager:

• Experienced: Background in agriculture, farming, ag sales, fertilizer or equipment, or other related sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of John Deere, Claas, & New Holland.
• Self-Motivated: Strongly independent and able to direct their schedule effectively & efficiently. Driven to serve farm families.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to provide information in an engaging, relational way. No high-pressure sales tactics.
• Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Driven to do an excellent job. Great people skills. Positive attitude.
• Teachable: Driven to learn and become an expert in agricultural harvesters & upcoming innovations.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel and email with basic typing skills.
• Active: Ability to lift 50 pounds. Climb in and out of equipment for photos and demonstrations.
