Our growing company is seeking an organized and personable sales support position to join our dynamic team. As Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales effort and ensuring the successful onboarding and retention of our valued clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

· Research and identify potential new leads and customers

· Collaborate with sales team, to follow up with leads

· Develop and maintain accurate client account profiles

· Ensure all client information is properly documented and accessible

2. Customer Relations Management:

· Serve as the primary source of contact for new customers

· Maintain thorough records of new or existing client interactions

· Assist in the onboarding of new customers

3. Coordinate Sales Schedule:

· Manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events for sales team

· Schedule in advance appointments with potential new customers

4. Support Marketing Operations:

· Manage the ordering and inventory of marketing materials, supplies, and merchandise

· Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

· Provide research and analysis to support the development of marketing strategies

· Contribute ideas and insights to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing efforts

5. Manage Social Media Accounts:

· Oversee the management and maintenance of our company's social media platforms

· Monitor and respond to social media interactions and inquiries

· Post information and marketing materials developed by marketing team

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Strong organizational and time management abilities

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various marketing software tools

4. Experience in social media platforms and content creation

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
