**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our sales department, assisting with various tasks to help drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. **Duties:** - Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions - Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients - Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities - Support the development of business proposals and contracts - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Assist in coordinating sales activities and events - Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed **Experience:** - Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position - Familiarity with technology sales and technical products - Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals - Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics - Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus - Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for interacting with Spanish-speaking clients - Exposure to outside sales processes is beneficial Joining our team as a Sales Support Representative offers an exciting opportunity for career growth in the sales industry. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
