Position Summary
The primary duties of this role will be to provide pre and post sales related support to Loll Designs' growing Commercial Sales Team. This role will communicate with specifiers, purchasing agents, end-users and the representatives responsible; handle order entry, project management and other miscellaneous sales support/administrative duties. This team member is an excellent communicator who is charismatic and patient when interfacing with customers in person or over the phone. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, who is detail and team oriented, upbeat with positive energy, able to multi-task and think on one's feet. This team member will be part of a small team that works diligently to provide a high level of care and service to Loll's Commercial Sales Division.
Principal Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Friendly, approachable and outgoing personality. Outstanding communication, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with problem solving abilities. Well organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be driven by entrepreneurial motivation to succeed and enjoy the results of hard work, sales support and representing great design.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
While performing the above duties the individual is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use a computer, type and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Must be
able to lift up to 50 lbs.
