Technical Support Representative Responsibilities:
The Technical Support Representative will use industry experience and sound judgment in a variety of situations, serving a key role in the uptime of DCMs. This position is responsible for monitoring DCMs and getting DCMs serviced in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The Technical Support Representative should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Also, being a team player with problem solving aptitude.
