Technical Support Representative Responsibilities:

The Technical Support Representative will use industry experience and sound judgment in a variety of situations, serving a key role in the uptime of DCMs. This position is responsible for monitoring DCMs and getting DCMs serviced in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The Technical Support Representative should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Also, being a team player with problem solving aptitude.

• Manage and monitor portfolio accounts
• Proper trouble-shoot DCMs and dispatch service providers as required
• Extensive understanding of all manufacturers’ DCMs, error codes, parts and components
• Build positive relationship with customers, Acquisition Partners and Affiliates
• Manage availability and call effectiveness of department support call center queue
• Trouble-shoot with customers and technicians
• Update system with terminal info to ensure accurate data integrity
• Monitor End of Day reporting and other daily reports to ensure DCMs are online within established timeframe

Education/Experience/Knowledge:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3-5 years technical experience in ATM or DCM or related industry
• Experience with technical support, troubleshooting, dispatch and project management (preferred)
• Independent and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and well organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
