Sales Support Representative, Sr. provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team. Duties may include order processing/entry, record keeping, response to customer inquiries and RFP. Being a Sales Support Representative, Sr. generates reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics. Coordinates customer and prospect meetings and events. The Sr Analyst/End User Technology Support (EUTS) is a technical individual who possess expertise involving the use and repair of a wide variety of “computer equipment.” The term “computer equipment” could include (but should not be limited to): servers, workstations, field computers, peripherals, handheld devices, software, operating systems, and programming. This position should possess deep knowledge in one or more areas. This position assists with activities that help ensure the effective support of end users and the technology infrastructure. This position should be able to effectively communicate in both a technical and non-technical manner with employees from all levels and departments. This position is responsible for managing work assignments with minimal supervision while adhering to departmental change control and problem reporting procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires four to six years of relevant work experience and possession of technical certification(s) (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, HDI Certificates, etc.) is preferred.
A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
