Payne Air Conditioning is hiring for an Inside Sales and Support Representative to coordinate the scheduling of our Outside Sales Team. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional person that can provide a world-class customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from our customers and schedule appointments for services
• Contacting customers to confirm upcoming appointments
• Answering customer questions regarding products and services
• Use strong communication skills to communicate/empathize with customers
• Send monthly service reminder cards to existing customers

Qualifications:

• Professional phone demeanor and skilled at scheduling appointments
• Ability to multitask
• Computer proficient and have a general understanding of customer management software
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
• Dependable team member
