This position is based in Southern California and involves travel across California & Hawaii (not a bad place to work, as some might say!).
What YOU will do:
Adopt and provide world-class technician training to improve the delivery of a five-star in-home experience. Personally coach and support leaders to equip them with the tools and resources needed to enhance the training and development of technicians. Conduct in-home job shadowing to understand the end user experience for continuous improvement to ensure that the training is relevant and up to date. Obtain full buy-in and support from the entire leadership team to foster a culture of performance.

Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $120k-200K, bonuses included. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
