Werde Teil von jameda.StellenbeschreibungWas Dich bei uns erwartet:Onboarding von neuen Mitarbeiter:innenGemeinsam mit unserer Onboarding Managerin entwickelst Du Trainingspläne für unser Customer Success Onboarding und definierst klare Lernziele.Du erstellst Trainingsinhalte mit dem Ziel, unsere Newjoinern zu begeistern und fit für unsere Kunden zu machen.Training & EnablementDu erarbeitest innovative Workshop-Formate zu Kommunikationstechniken, insbesondere Sales-Methoden, und führst diese selbstständig durch.Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Customer Success Team zusammen und richtest die Trainingsschwerpunkte an die aktuellen Performance KPIs aus.Du verstehst Dich als Produktexperte und enabelst das Team, es einfach zu erklären und zu verkaufen.Zusammenarbeit & FeedbackBereitstellung konstruktiver Feedbacks, um individuelle Entwicklungspläne zu erstellen und die Performance des Teams zu verbessern.Du optimierst fortlaufend den Impact Deiner Trainings und prüfst Deine Ansätze in eigenen Kundengesprächen.QualifikationenWir möchten Dich gerne kennenlernen, wenn Du:Trainingserfahrung im Sales und/oder Customer Success und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum zertifizierten Trainer abgeschlossen hast.Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Salestraining, idealerweise in der SaaS-Branche oder im Gesundheitswesen mitbringst.Fundierte Kenntnisse der Verkaufsprozesse und -techniken besitzt.Die Fähigkeit hast, komplexe technische Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln.Über eine starke zwischenmenschliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit verfügst sowie die Fähigkeit, ein diverses Team in unterschiedlichen Disziplinen zu coachen.Fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprichst.Zusätzliche Informationen🏆 Deine BelohnungDu genießt bei uns eine Vielzahl von Vorteilen:Workation, anyone?
