Job Opening - Trainer
Acadian Client Services has an immediate opening for a full-time Trainer at the Kaliste Saloom location in Lafayette, LA. The hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday – Friday). This position is primarily based in the office
Overall Responsibility:
The Trainer position is responsible for reviewing processes for employees within Acadian Client Services including, but not limited to, Customer Service, Liability, Verification, Self-Pay, and VA Non-Contracted
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Review claims for new and existing employees within the ACS Department
- Act as a coach and mentor to staff within ACS
- Determine whether or not the employees and/or processes are functioning adequately, efficiently, and effectively
- Document review findings for management review
- Recommend any changes, process refinements, and/or education (training) needs
- Handles employee audits
- Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
- Proficient in Google, MS Office Suite or related software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Time management and strong organizational skills are essential
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services regulations (Ambulance)
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Achieve accomplishment of all task details, no matter how small
- Ability to adhere to productivity goals, departmental and company guidelines and dress code, policies and procedures
- Maintain highest level of confidentiality
- Maintain good personal motivation; develop a sense of ownership of job tasks and results
- Must have a sense of urgency for all work performed
- Ability to work under the pressure of meeting strict deadlines
