Director of Training and Integration
ADB is seeking a Director ofTraining and Integration to join our high-growth and fast-paced DPO and lead the way within LMS and interaction of systems across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to help build a department and add tremendous value to our organization. The Director of Training and Integration is a cross –functional, detail oriented leader that is highly motivated and driven to support the accelerating practice acquisition and continued growth strategy. This role serves as their first point of contact for new, recent, or currently reviving practice acquisitions. Some of the primary responsibilities of this position will include creating, implementing and executing learning and development strategies, resources, and curriculum to aid in the implementation of PMS for all current and future practice partnerships.
Responsibilities:
● Building solid relationships with doctors, vendors and distributors, as well as human resources, operations and marketing teams.
● Timely and thorough intake and organization of detailed practice information.
● Create a learning and development program to deliver fundamental training and materials in group format.
● Promote an educational environment that welcomes and facilitates questions, as well as maximizes individual knowledge retention while creating a fun and open learning experience.
● Identify any potential gaps in training content and materials that need updating.
● Lead transitions due to technological changes, acquisitions and mergers.
● Integration of Software and additional operational items as needed.
● Research and stay abreast of industry training tools and methods to enhance training content and procedures while providing value to employees.
● Communicate with management and team members to ensure that all needs are met.
● Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
● Assessing talent, needs of potential acquisition as well as recommending, planning and executing improvements as needed. (Due Diligence)
● Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals, contracts and other needs in partnership with outside counsel.

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance (preferably)
● Denticon, Eagle soft, Dentrix and other Dental software
● Experienced in building content in an LMS and tracking results
● Proven in depth knowledge of Dental Industry- operations, training and development
● Proficient in all Microsoft Office/Google applications.
