Sales Training Director oversees an organization's sales training programs to support an effective and motivated sales force. Conducts initial needs analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs. Being a Sales Training Director focuses on delivery and materials that provide effective, engaging, and results-driven training. Monitors participants' results and uses them to improve or enhance training and provide additional development programs.
