Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships within the agriculture community in Western Kansas. Your extensive contact list and knowledge of the agricultural industry will be key in promoting our training services and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your strong contact list to introduce our CDL training services to the agricultural market.
• Conduct regular visits to farms, agricultural businesses, and related industry events to network and generate sales leads.
• Understand the unique needs of the agricultural community and tailor our offerings to meet those requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for the agriculture sector.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the agriculture field.
• Established network of contacts within the agriculture industry in Western Kansas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
