Sales Training Manager manages a team of trainers that create and deliver sales training programs that support an effective and motivated sales force. Partners with senior sales managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques and that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential. Being a Sales Training Manager monitors and analyzes sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing programs as needed. Has strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques. Additionally, Sales Training Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Sales Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. D1 Training is in need of a high energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 Training products and services.
MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
This is the 1st of 5 New Locations throughout Colorado Springs! We are proud to bring more D1 Training locations to the area. Opportunity to grow responsibility as the company grows.
At D1 Training, Recruiters are responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as maintaining facility cleanliness. Must be a self-motivated, team oriented person with a passion for sports and fitness. Sales, business operations, and social media experience are a huge plus. This opening starts off part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Must be able to work mornings and evenings, as well as weekends.
As a D1 Training Recruiter, you will meet with all prospects in person to close sales for front-end offers. You will meet with all prospects that are currently completing a free workout or in a duration-based offer to close them into a membership. Must be able to close phone sales for any marketing promotions that require phone sales externally or internally. Must nurture leads and set free workout appointments and/or consultations when not in a sales appointment. Must be resilient and not allow emotions to impact their sales ability & energy. Must be selfless and willing to set appointments for other sales staff for the greater good of the organization.
Must be a high-energy person who shows up consistent every single day. Must be a self-starter who is willing to outwork other sales people in the market. Must be curious and ask questions. Must genuinely care about prospects and feel comfortable leading them to make the right decision about their health and wellness. Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and make phone calls all-day to fresh leads who have not yet been to the D1 facility. Must be comfortable closing deals and collecting payment information. Must have conviction and belief in the services he/she is selling to the prospect. Must be a coachable person who is ready to show up at their best week in and week out. Must be a closer. Must be relentless.
As the Sales Lead your focus everyday will be on working leads and closing deals. You will be working leads from two different categories, non-organic and organic. For non-organic leads your will call and text all leads setting and/or confirming appointments. For organic social media leads you will be messaging leads, collecting contact information, and setting appointments. Once these appointments are set you will then ensure that the lead shows up for their appointment where you will then sell them using the prescriptive sell. If a lead does not show up you will attempt to reschedule, if a lead shows up and does not buy then you will attempt to get them back in to buy in the future.
In addition to these tasks, D1 Recruiters have the ability to earn small commission on Core Program Sales, Workout Pack Sales, Personal Training Sales, Group Training Sales, Team Training Sales, and work for a company that is growing rapidly across the country. D1 Training has over 100 facilities open and 100 in development.
