Job Summary

The Fitness Sales Associate at ISI Elite Training Burlington will be responsible for selling and promoting membership packages to potential customers.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with customers while also understanding and communicating the features of ISI Elite Training Burlington.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Part-Time, hourly position.

The compensation for this position is between $10 and $15 per hour.

Benefits associated with the position include flexible working hours as well as discounts on ISI Elite Training Burlington membership and other services.

Responsibilities

• Generate membership sign-ups by providing engaging, informed and professional explanations of ISI Elite Training Burlington’s services and member packages
• Execute sales presentation and closing activities for potential members
• Cultivate excellent customer relations / relationship management for current and prospect members

Requirements

• Demonstrates success in sales
• Proficiency in customer service and developing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability work a flexible schedule
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks, and work with minimal direction
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
