Sales Training Manager manages a team of trainers that create and deliver sales training programs that support an effective and motivated sales force. Partners with senior sales managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques and that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential. Being a Sales Training Manager monitors and analyzes sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing programs as needed. Has strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques. Additionally, Sales Training Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Sales Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Description
Pinnacle Group, LLC d/b/a Aaron’s Sales and Lease Ownership is currently accepting applications for a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in our Princeton, WV Location.
Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the inventory management of the store, including product placement, loading products for deliveries, and receiving products from vendors or as customer returns. They are also responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations as well as developing the delivery specialist team to ensure the store is exceeding customers’ expectations.
The Warehouse manager will also assist in merchandise handling such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating products. This team member may occasionally review lease agreements with the customer during delivery.
During all duties, the Warehouse Manager will serve as an ambassador of Aaron’s with a goal of delivering an exceptional customer
experience.

Reports directly to the General Manager
