Sales Training Manager manages a team of trainers that create and deliver sales training programs that support an effective and motivated sales force. Partners with senior sales managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques and that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential. Being a Sales Training Manager monitors and analyzes sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing programs as needed. Has strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques. Additionally, Sales Training Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Sales Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Overview:
I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support myself in both my professional as well as personal affairs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and possess strong organizational abilities. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage founders house operations
- Manage founders email inbox and calendar 100%
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare documents for distribution
- Utilize software such as DocuSign for document management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience with customer service and maintaining professional relationships
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
