Sales Training Manager manages a team of trainers that create and deliver sales training programs that support an effective and motivated sales force. Partners with senior sales managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques and that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential. Being a Sales Training Manager monitors and analyzes sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing programs as needed. Has strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques. Additionally, Sales Training Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Sales Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. We are nation's largest luxury apartment Personal Training company. Our trainers service apartment residents in the convenience of their apartment fitness centers. We operate in a dozen major markets and are launching our biggest expansion ever. We're looking to bring on 20 new Area Sales Managers, each given his/her own city to sell PT in.
ASM's do not perform any training sessions. They get our services launched in luxury apartment buildings all over the city and then close PT sales for residents who reach out. They just sell training, make big commissions, and pass the client info on to the Corporate Office for trainer assignment.
ASM candidates are great PT salespeople who are tired of sitting in a gym all day and want an entrepreneurial role where they can make great money and have work-life balance.
ASM's receive 100% commission on anything they sell. The average commission is $850 per sale. Our average ASM enrolls 12-15 new clients per month. There are also monthly unit bonuses. Pay is 1099 so no taxes are withheld.
Our CEO will be managing the new ASM's directly. He is a fitness mogul who has become the dominant player in luxury apartment PT sales. Our ASMs are the best closers in the industry and are paid as such.
