  • Shift 1 (United States of America) Position Summary: Milacron is looking for a Director, Aftermarket Sales to join our team in Batavia, OH, or remotely if located in continental US near a major airport. As a Director, Aftermarket Sales, you will be responsible for the management and development of sales engineers across the United States. You will develop comprehensive sales plans by region, monitor, and proactively adjust sales strategies to ensure profitable growth for Milacron’s Aftermarket business. You will seek to drive new organic and inorganic sales to current customers, as well as expand the penetration of new customers with Milacron’s complete portfolio of Aftermarket solutions. Work You’ll Do: Create a safe, compliant, and energizing work environment Lead by example; demonstrate a growth mindset & servant leadership of the Aftermarket Sales team Develop comprehensive strategic sales plans, effectively communicate, and execute relentlessly Strong financial and leadership acumen to run gap analysis and communicate to executive leaders Assist and methodically resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner Effectively communicate company philosophies and set challenging goals for team Manage the performance of sales regions, including training, sales plan development, scheduling, coordinating and working with inter-departmental groups to the satisfaction of the customer Recruitment, development/training, & succession planning for the sales team Develop proposals and secure purchase orders to achieve financial plans Professional interaction with customers, internally and externally Team: As a complete lifecycle partner, our goal at Milacron is to continually find ways to maximize machine uptime, improve efficiency and help keep our customers’ operations moving.
