Brookwood Companies-Laminating Facility – Sales / Customer Service

Customer service and effective communication and good listening skills are vital, as you will be communicating with customers, as well as coordinating with supervisors and co-workers from our multiple locations.

In addition to face-to-face conversations, you will use the telephone, email and other methods of communication.

The position requires an extroverted, confident personality who likes people and enjoys working with them. The ability to prioritize, organize and manage time effectively along with a positive and cheerful disposition is key.

Main Responsibilities include:

- Customer Service, including inside sales

- Data entry for Brookwood Roll Goods, Marketing and Trident

- Marketing - making sample books, preparing for trade shows and other miscellaneous tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
