Sarbanes Oxley Analyst implements and coordinates an organization's auditing strategy and activities for regulatory compliance. Deploys internal controls, best practices, and strategies to identify process deficiencies and implement improvements. Being a Sarbanes Oxley Analyst gathers, analyzes, and consolidates data for required regulatory reporting to fulfill content and scheduling requirements. Supports external regulatory inspections and internal audits and may coordinate document reviews, protocol reviews, validation reviews, and training programs as part of auditing processes. Additionally, Sarbanes Oxley Analyst maintains and updates a knowledge base or information system of the financial regulations, required processes, and industry/regulatory agency standards that govern a business or a product. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sarbanes Oxley Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Position Summary

    The Estimating Analyst collects historical, current, and projected cost data on full project life cycle to aid management in competitive and accurate bidding. This role will own, develop and maintain all estimating tools for all products.

    Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties)

    • Collect historical cost data, market analysis, geotechnical review, and post-mortem audits to estimate costs accurately and competitively for current or future products.
    • Consult with Sales, Construction, Legal, clients, vendors, and other cross-functional teams, to identify and track demand, capacity, supply chain risks, manufacturing lead time, regional cost differences, and other issues to use in the update of the cost model.
    • Assist in the preparation of tiered estimates used by management for bidding and selling work.
    • May analyze blueprints, field notes, invoices, computer programs, electronic reports, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
    • Will be the primary owner of the Estimating Tool and all other tools used by the Estimating Team.
    • Complete all required or directed training, certification, licensing, and other learning and development as assigned.
    • Abide by all Federal, State, and local laws; uphold and maintain accountability to all Company policy.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Education / Experience (an equivalent combination of education and/or experience)

    • Associates Degree / 2 Yr. in Finance, Computer Science or Construction Management
    • 2 Years of Experience in Estimating or Construction Management

    Technical Skills

    • Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, Google Earth, CAD
    • Knowledge of construction technology.
    • Renewable Energy industry experience.
    • Familiarity with project and department budget process and tools.
    • Administrative policies and procedures.
    • Conceptual planning ability.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills across all media forms.
    • Cultivate positive and effective business relationships.
