Sarbanes Oxley Analyst implements and coordinates an organization's auditing strategy and activities for regulatory compliance. Deploys internal controls, best practices, and strategies to identify process deficiencies and implement improvements. Being a Sarbanes Oxley Analyst gathers, analyzes, and consolidates data for required regulatory reporting to fulfill content and scheduling requirements. Supports external regulatory inspections and internal audits and may coordinate document reviews, protocol reviews, validation reviews, and training programs as part of auditing processes. • This role will be managing and implementing numerous reports, dashboards, bar coding and business processes.
• Manage and maintain the ERP system, including configurations, setups, and user access control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary data integrity checks.
• Design and generate reports and dashboards to provide performance metrics to key stakeholders.
• Provide training and user support to employees on the effective use of ERP system and related tools.
• Develop and execute data migration plans for smooth transition and accurate data transfer between systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions to provide improvements to the business.
• Act as a liaison between end-users and IT teams to provide support across various organizational systems.
• Guide process owners in process improvements that align with best practices.
• Assist with implementation of new software and upgrades of existing software.
• Research and resolve software related problems, enhance programs and reports, and provide end user support for system implementations and upgrades.
• Communicate with vendor software support personnel to support implementations and upgrades, and to resolve issues encountered with vendor software.
• Support and execute software testing phases, including systems test, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Assist the team in ensuring system quality, integrity, and performance.
• Create and maintain related technical documentation and business process mapping.
• Develop and Manage company’s website to incorporate internal and external users.
• Have working knowledge of IIoT gateways, peripherals, and PLC communication.
• Ability to individually or collaboratively architech IIoT networks.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 - 7 years of manufacturing experience.
• High School diploma required and 4 years college preferred. Computer Literate
