Sarbanes Oxley Analyst implements and coordinates an organization's auditing strategy and activities for regulatory compliance. Deploys internal controls, best practices, and strategies to identify process deficiencies and implement improvements. Being a Sarbanes Oxley Analyst gathers, analyzes, and consolidates data for required regulatory reporting to fulfill content and scheduling requirements. Supports external regulatory inspections and internal audits and may coordinate document reviews, protocol reviews, validation reviews, and training programs as part of auditing processes. Additionally, Sarbanes Oxley Analyst maintains and updates a knowledge base or information system of the financial regulations, required processes, and industry/regulatory agency standards that govern a business or a product. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sarbanes Oxley Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Well-established skincare and beauty products company in LA is seeking a Senior Analyst- Demand and Inventory Planner to join their team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Predict future demand for our core items, promotions, seasonal products, and new arrivals.
- Identify and analyze any risks in the demand forecast and come up with effective plans to mitigate them, ensuring that the inventory levels are optimal, and customers are satisfied.
- Regularly plan and update forecasts for new products, seasonal items, discounts, promotions, and new regions.
- Recommended adjustments to the sales forecasts and inventory targets based on market trends and changes in demand.
- Investigate and address any significant discrepancies between sales and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to review sales and forecasts in comparison to established business plans.
Qualifications
- 3 years of Demand and Inventory Planning experience
- 3 years of Analyst experience
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Proficient with Excel (Spreadsheets, V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas)
- Hands-on experience with future forecasting, identification, and analysis of forecast risk.
Pay
- $24-$25 per hour.
