Sarbanes Oxley Analyst implements and coordinates an organization's auditing strategy and activities for regulatory compliance. Deploys internal controls, best practices, and strategies to identify process deficiencies and implement improvements. Being a Sarbanes Oxley Analyst gathers, analyzes, and consolidates data for required regulatory reporting to fulfill content and scheduling requirements. Supports external regulatory inspections and internal audits and may coordinate document reviews, protocol reviews, validation reviews, and training programs as part of auditing processes. Additionally, Sarbanes Oxley Analyst maintains and updates a knowledge base or information system of the financial regulations, required processes, and industry/regulatory agency standards that govern a business or a product. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sarbanes Oxley Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The ERP Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Tyler Munis. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of Munis support, including technical troubleshooting, configuration management, data analysis, and providing support to users. This position will reside in IT, and the candidate will be a part of the team and participate in cross-training to better support the county.
The preferred candidate will have graduated from an accredited college or university and worked in a quantitative field of study. At least one or more years combined experience as a systems analyst, programmer/analyst, or related position in a similar hardware and software environment. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ERP systems. The salary range is $52,122- $57,334. The County offers an excellent benefits package.
