SPARE PARTS WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
Correct administration and negotiation of consignment warehouses on Laredo office.

ENSURE THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION FOR THE PROCESS OF IMPORTING SUPPLIES
Ensure that the purchases issued for the operation of Sigma Mexico have the necessary documentation (Invoice-TMEC) so that the traffic department can make a correct import.

SUPPLIER ADMINISTRATION
Have a robust base of input suppliers to improve our negotiating position and ensure operational continuity.
Execute the search for the best options of industrial and automotive parts.
Proactivity in analysis of input spend to detect opportunities in purchase and logistics expenses
Negotiation with suppliers for better conditions.
Ensure timely arrival of equipment and spare parts to the operation.

PURCHASE OF SERVICES AND SUPPLIES FROM THE SIGMA INTERNATIONAL SITE
Execute the purchases of services and supplies of the Laredo office.

ADMINISTRATION OF PURCHASING POLICIES AND PROCESSES
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
