Sarbanes Oxley Analyst implements and coordinates an organization's auditing strategy and activities for regulatory compliance. Deploys internal controls, best practices, and strategies to identify process deficiencies and implement improvements. Being a Sarbanes Oxley Analyst gathers, analyzes, and consolidates data for required regulatory reporting to fulfill content and scheduling requirements. Supports external regulatory inspections and internal audits and may coordinate document reviews, protocol reviews, validation reviews, and training programs as part of auditing processes. Additionally, Sarbanes Oxley Analyst maintains and updates a knowledge base or information system of the financial regulations, required processes, and industry/regulatory agency standards that govern a business or a product. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sarbanes Oxley Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Overview


    Provide reporting and analytical support to key stakeholders as outlined in analyst support grid inclusive of senior executives, brand managers and functional departments. Lead tool development to support supplier KPI reporting, depletion, revenue, and profit results versus profit. ABG Internal customer liaison for supplier as it relates to information flow. Measure and evaluate customer trends.  Expert on Diver Datawarehouse and advanced spreadsheet preparation.

    Responsibilities
    • Reporting & Analysis of key internal and external supplier KPIs – canned reports
    • Run ad-hoc reports for both internal and supplier managers to analyze sales as well as identify opportunities with major focus on profitable brands.
    • Research & Analytical of Risk & Opportunities
    • Preparation for presentations/QBR Meetings/QSR Meetings/SDR Meetings
    • Incentive Scoring


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the industry of consumer products
    • Expert on Diver Datawarehouse, DI Program Advisor, and advanced spreadsheet preparation. 
    • Advanced Excel and Intermediate PowerPoint skills
    • Organizational and Multi-tasking capabilities
    • Strong communication and prioritization skills. 
    • Ability to calculate trend, share and bottle cost. 
    • Data visualization and presentation to communicate business needs to non-technical staff.
