Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments for our pest control company. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional service.

Duties:

- Schedule appointments using our systems software (FieldRoutes)

- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations of the office

- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a pest control setting is preferred

- Experience in routing is preferred

- Strong knowledge of the industry is a plus

- Proficiency in using scheduling software is highly desired

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer records and appointment schedules
