Position Summary:

Completes schedules for all disciplines.  Utilize computer system HCHB (Home Care Home Base).  Ensures continuity of caregiver whenever possible.  Acts as liaison between patients and staff related to patient schedules. Completes and verifies requested schedule. Verify/Schedule recert visit. Verify/schedule ROC (Resumption Of Care) Oasis Collection. Verify/schedule continuation of services including Scheduling TIF (Transfer Into A Facility) collection. Reschedule declined visit, missed visit, reassigned visit. Process reschedule requests. 

Recruitment Requirements:        

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years scheduling experience required.

Experience with electronic scheduling a plus.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Customer service oriented.

Ability to do multiple tasks at the same time.

Good time management skills

Ability to work independently.

Knowledge of computerized scheduling process.

Able to utilize all computer systems.

Excellent telephone skills.

Ability to work well with others.

Knowledge of medical terminology and experience functioning in a health care environment preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, with weekend and holidays included.
