Job Description:
The Scheduler will be part of a small team tasked to develop, plan, track, and improve projects for specific scopes of work within the MEL D&D Program. This will occur in parallel with ongoing operations. The scheduler will have the administrative lead for the team, will incorporate schedule and document changes, generate reporting metrics and progress reports, deconflict schedules and inputs from multiple organizations, maintain timelines, communicate directly with stakeholders and line management, and enhance the effectiveness of the team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Administrative support experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management talents.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate across multiple levels of an organization.
- Previous experience with scheduling, team integration, and coordinating stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of project management methods and principles.
- Experience with Primavera software.
- Active DOE L or Q, or DOD Secret or Top Secret, preferred. Uncleared candidates will be considered.
