Summary: The Bus Driver will be responsible and held accountable for driving a school bus and maintaining a CDL License with passenger endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement. This is a part time position, reporting directly to Club Director.
Hours:
- School Year 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday (Will vary for a few half days)
- Summer Varies based on field Trips but at least 2 days a week for swimming.
Duties & Responsibilities
Other duties include, but not limited to the following:
- Pre trip check
- Post trip check
- Ability to individually lead & instruct program activities
- Attend on site meetings weekly
- Communicate appropriately with children
- Knowledge of program procedures
- Notify Unit Director when absent or tardy
- Follow Chain of Command
- Must be flexible and willing to travel within Citrus County
- Most shifts will be at one location but MUST be able to work at multiple locations as needed
- Required to work scheduled hours

Education and /or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent
Language Skills: Ability to communicate well both written and verbally
Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Valid Drivers License CDL with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsements
