Divine Savior Catholic School (https://www.divinesaviorschool.org/ ) in Kiel is seeking candidates for its principal position. Divine Savior has a long history rooted in Catholic education in our community with strong parish and community support. We currently have about 60 students and this position is essential to growing our student community -3k Preschool through 8th grade.
The principal candidate must be a practicing Catholic and present with strong Catholic identity and experience in school leadership. A master’s degree is preferred or willingness to complete Master within agreed upon timeline. Principle/Administrative license/certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
The ideal candidate will be faith-filled and eager to guide elementary aged children closer to God while maintaining a high level of academic excellence. The principal will assist with development of curriculum while supporting and guiding school staff with their needs. Candidates should be proficient users of Google and Chromebooks.
The principal promotes personal and professional competency for self and staff by:
A. Experience in school leadership
B. Holds (or willingness to complete) a master’s degree with a major in Educational Administration
C. Holds (or willingness to obtain) Principal Licensure
D. At least 3 years of successful classroom teaching.
