Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and vision to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with educational standards and meet the needs of students
- Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, providing support and professional development opportunities
- Manage school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities maintenance
- Foster relationships with parents, students, staff, and community members to promote a collaborative learning environment
- Oversee student discipline and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for the school's growth and improvement
- Engage in fundraising efforts to support school programs and initiatives
- Represent the school at public events and engage in public speaking engagements

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in senior leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or administrative license
