Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Superintendent in the Construction industry to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in concrete, multi-level, and precast construction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays and taking corrective action as necessary.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring that all workers are trained in safety procedures and that all equipment is properly maintained.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in concrete, multi-level, and precast construction.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to resolve issues and overcome challenges.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to ensure that all work is completed in compliance with these standards.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Willingness to travel as needed to project sites.
