Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a School Superintendent typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. - Will be visible, present, and ready to immerse themselves in all aspects of the district and community.
- Keeps the best interests of the students at the center of their decision making; maintains a student-centered learning environment.
- Understands and is supportive of Mayfield traditions and has the vision to help restore Panther Pride and school spirit.
- Will treat teachers and staff in a professional manner and ensure they feel valued.
- Will work to elevate staff morale within our buildings.
- Is charismatic, outgoing, and readily available.
- Is supportive of teachers, staff, and students.
- Is a certified administrator with a proven record of leadership and oversight.
Salary Range:
Regionally competitive compensation package commensurate with experience
