- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage and mentor on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure the highest level of productivity and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project performance.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material/equipment inventory.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all personnel.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a construction superintendent or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial/residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, techniques, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications/licenses are a plus.
**Location**
- This job role will be based out of Overland Park, KS. Our jobs often require travel and a willingness to travel is required.
