Edina Public Schools is seeking exceptional candidates with a proven record of success for the position of Assistant Superintendent of School Excellence and Innovation. The successful candidate will be a key figure responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality education in a welcoming and inclusive environment, all in alignment with the district's vision, mission, and core values.

Areas of focus for this high-level position include:
Qualifications: A master’s degree in education, educational administration, educational leadership, or a related field is required. A doctorate is preferred. A valid Minnesota superintendent's license, a minimum of five (5) years of experience serving as an educational administrator, and prior experience as a building principal are required. Experience with the Tools of Cultural Proficiency preferred.

Compensation: This is a twelve-month position with an excellent salary and benefits package.
