Machinery Manufacturing Technician

CBG is looking for an experienced, motivated, focused electro-mechanical technician to join our team. We offer a great working environment, solid earnings potential and a competitive benefits package.

CORE DUTIES

• Following blueprints, schematics and direction from supervision, assemble, wire and manufacture CBG recycling units with consistent speed, accuracy and quality to specification
• Complete paperwork, electronic sign-offs and documentation to clearly, accurately reflect the manufacturing actions performed.
• Operate high level of proficiency with hand tools, machinery and equipment correctly and safely; maintain organized and clean work area
• Perform wiring in accord with single line diagrams and schematics
• Build sub-assemblies to support flexible customer demand
• Perform quality inspections and record test results
• Imply quality, efficiency and accuracy to all job functions

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical theory, components, codes and practices
• Proficiency to read and analyze electrical schematics and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of wiring a CBG solvent recycler and/or sub-assemblies
• Aptitude with hand and power tools for both electrical and mechanical assembly
• Solid analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to move, lift and position 50 pound equipment and/or components.
