Biotech Medical Device Sales/Marketing Representative

**Responsibilities:**

2. **Product Promotion:** Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our biotech medical devices to potential clients. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

3. **Market Research:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products. Gather market intelligence to drive product development and sales strategies.

4. **Client Support:** Provide exceptional customer support, including product demonstrations, technical assistance, and problem resolution. Ensure client satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.

5. **Sales Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

6. **Training and Education:** Stay knowledgeable about the latest advancements in biotechnology and medical devices. Provide training to clients and colleagues as needed.

**Requirements:**

1. **Bachelor's Degree:** A degree in a relevant field such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Marketing is preferred.

2. **Sales and Marketing Experience:** Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the biotech or medical device industry. Experience in selling complex technical products is a plus.

3. **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of biotechnology, medical devices, and their applications. Familiarity with regulatory requirements is advantageous.

4. **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

5. **Customer Focus:** Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.

6. **Self-Motivated:** A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

7. **Travel:** Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (approximately 10-20% travel).
