Description:

• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and standard work.
• Draft and review new and revised SOPs.
• Record accurate material usage and inventory transactions for material.
• Use common laboratory equipment, including pH meters, balances, and spectrophotometers.
• Qualify raw materials and reagents.
• Prepare buffers, critical reagents, and kit components.
• Titrate antibodies determine optimal concentration.
• Synthesize gold nanoparticles.
• Execute conjugation procedure.
• Conduct newly transferred or troubleshooted conjugation protocols in tandem with R&D/QAQC.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards for quality
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence outcomes

• Strives to achieve all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Work approach is compliant with EBOS (Ensign Bickford Operating System) of continuous improvement and mutual respect for coworkers.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; especially Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively, work smoothly with a team, cooperate with and support co- Customer focus is essential
• Experience with ERP systems
