The Senior Hospital Laboratory Technician Educator will be responsible for performing and educating on clinical lab tests, interpreting results, supervising staff education, training on all equipment, and working with the team to maintain quality care for inpatient and outpatient labs within the health system. The Senior Lab Scientist Educator will also perform duties related to quality assurance, policies and procedures. This person must hold one of the following Certifications: ASCP or AMT. They must also have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years experience in a hospital laboratory.
