In your role, you will be leading callers through a detailed script that will help assess the homeowner's needs, expectations, and building excitement for their remodel! All inside sales representatives earn a base salary and bonuses with uncapped earning potential!

Job Role:
· Speak positively and enthusiastically about our company, products, and services
· Respond to a high volume of inbound marketing calls, turning them into qualified leads
· Deliver scripted pitch to homeowners and adjust as necessary to meet specific needs
· Schedule appointments for outside sales representatives to meet homeowners
· Follow up/ Confirm appointments from canvassers, home shows, and special events
· Answer any questions and ease any concerns homeowners may have
· Identify and qualify cross-selling opportunities
Education & Experience
· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
· 1-3 years customer service/Telemarketing experience
· Ability to type at least 35 WPM
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with salesforce is a plus
