Maintain up-to-date calendar, be timely to appointments and responsive to customers and co-workersAttend department meetings, keep current on sales information, products, and industry trendsDevelop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customersShare knowledge and assist in training other sales representatives.

Handle escalated customer service issuesMeet or exceed sales targetsAt least 2 years of sales experience in roofing (insurance and retail)Excellent communication skills;
