Grand Canyon Harley-Davidson is looking for a skilled Master Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate would have experience on one or all of these brands. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking.

• Follow a structured service process.

• Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain motorcycles is an efficient manner.

• Ability to work your designated shifts and available for overtime as needed.

• Currently have a motorcycle license and clean driving record.

Physical Demands:

• The noise level in the service department is usually loud.

• Requires the use of both hands

• Requires frequent bending, crouching, reaching and lifting of 45lbs.

• Requires the ability to balance, push and operate 900 lb motorcycles.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• MMI or equivalent motorcycle certifications.
• At least 5 years or more of dealership experience.
• Dependable, organized and self-motivated.
• Own your tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level.
• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement.
• Proficiency on multiple lifts.
• Minimal call backs.
• Focus on quality and customer service.
• Organization and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• General store duties and maintenance
• Pick up and delivery of motorcycles
