Jobb-beskrivelse

Scrum Master in Devoteam M Cloud is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects in collaboration with our clients.

You will be working with cross-functional teams and guiding them toward achieving project goals. Your role will contribute and develop both plans and activities to implement the project scopes. This role will help identify and coordinate different project activities, and responsibilities and establish and lead all the agile ceremonies. It will also be a big part of the job to ensure key milestones and communicate the progress in metrics to different stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 

• Establish and lead cloud migration projects based on our project methodology.
• Manage and engage resources and stakeholders
• Develop key relationships within the business to help processes and decisions run smoothly
• Enable cross-team coordination and collaboration.
• Managing dependencies between teams and third parties. 
• Handling project risk and eliminating blockers
• Ensuring our deliveries are successful
• Managing cost and budget

Kvalifikasjoner

Technical skills: 

• Understanding of Cloud Technologies, business drivers for Cloud, and needs in the market.
• Knowledge and experience in working/leading projects by agile methods
• Experience with tools like JIRA, GitHub, Confluence, Ardoq, and GitHub.

Non-techincal skills

• Communication and presentation skills

• The ability to increase insight and support change in the organization
