As a Sales Associate of our Retail Team, you’ll have the opportunity to assist your team to victory share you passion for sports, and help customer find the perfect gear to take their game to the next level. Responsibilities

• Optimize the Customer Experience and build lasting realtionships within the Community
• Perform department opening and closing procedures, maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the Retail Store
• Assist with merchandising product as well as shipping purchases, receiving, pricing, stocking retail merchandise, and routine inventory checks
• Maximize sales opportunities, answer questions and offer suggestions based on available merchandise and services
• Become an expert in baseball, softball, hockey, goalie and lacrosee
• Staying up to date on current sports trends and news

Work Environment

Working conditions are generally indoors except for special events. May be required to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionally. Required to stand and walk majority of the shift.
