- Oversee the successful execution of Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the success of our initiatives
- Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to key stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project
- Ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all stakeholders
- Identify resource requirements and work closely with team members to allocate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, pharmaceuticals or a related field
- 6 years of experience in project management
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications required
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a project management capacity
- Proficiency in project management methodology, tools and software (JIRA, Confluence required, Smartsheet preferred)
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Total RewardsThe expected pay range for this position is $127,000 to $166,100.
